Overview
Osmo Maintenance Oil is ideal for refreshing and maintaining oiled and waxed wooden flooring that is subject to heavy wear. It allows you to keep your floors looking fresher for longer and delays the need for renovation and recoating. Osmo's maintenance oil will refresh dull and matt looking floors without wear of the treatment and remove tough stains such as grease and shoe polish. It's fast drying and does not require sanding prior to application which makes it easy to apply.

Preparation
Ensure the surface is clear from debris, dry and frost-free. Thoroughly clean the surface, ensure there is no dust or debris.
Note: If wood is raw or already greyed, the surface must be sanded and treated with Osmo Polyx-Oil.
Application
Before applying the product test a small area on the surface to be treated to ensure you are happy with the finished results. Results are influenced by the condition of the wood therefore a trial application is highly recommended.
- Stir product thoroughly.
- Apply using Osmo's Double Blade Scrapper or a microfibre roller, for smaller areas it can be applied with a lint-free cloth.
- Apply b>thinly and evenly, working in the direction of the wood grain.
- Rub into the wood with a white cloth, do not rub in 3098.
- Remove excess product.
- Allow to dry for 3-4 hours with good ventilation.
